Chikuwa Wraps with Green Beans
- 4 to 5 sticks Chikuwa
- 1 roughly 20 Green beans
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Yakiniku Sauce - Japanese Barbecue sauce
- Cut the green beans into 2-3 portions.
- Blanch the beans for 2 minutes in salted hot water, transfer to ice water and drain.
- Slice the chikuwa lengthwise into fourths.
- Take 3 or 4 green beans and wrap up using the sliced chikuwa (so that the inside of the chikuwa faces out).
- Skewer with a pick.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Align the chikuwa wraps.
- Grill until brown.
- Flip over occasionally.
- Drizzle yakiniku sauce.
- Mix together and serve.
