Baked Chicken In Wine Recipe

  1. Combine garlic, lemon juice, oil, wine and salt.
  2. Pour over chicken in shallow baking pan.
  3. Marinate at least 3 hrs, turning frequently.
  4. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. Sprinkle chicken generously with paprika.
  6. Bake 45-55 minutes or possibly till tender.
  7. Arrange chicken in heated platter.
  8. Serve sauce separately.
  9. If a thicker sauce is desired, after removing chicken blend 1 tbsp soft butter and 1 tbsp flour together thoroughly; heat sauce in baking pan; stir in flour mix.
  10. Continue stirring till sauce thickens and bubbles.
  11. 4 servings.
