Hot VELVEETA Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) Jalapeno VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped drained roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Mix ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 2 min.
