- 10 large egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 lb bag coleslaw mix
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- put spices wine soy sauce In a deep pan heat stir mix well add coleslaw mix
- simmer for 10 minutes let sit with cover on drain cooked cabbage in a sieve
- turn wrap like a diamond put one and a half tablespoons of mix towards the top fold in sides
- and roll down the last flap moisten with a little water
- deep fry till done
