Bulgogi

  1. Slice pork into 1/4 inch-thick slices.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  3. Add pork and marinate in a tightly sealed container (or freezer bag) in the refrigerator at least three hours (or overnight).
  4. Cook on pre-heated skillet or tightly grated charcoal grill.
  5. Serve sizzling hot.
