Teriyaki-Honey Mustard Chicken

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce mixture for later use.
  3. Pour remaining teriyaki sauce mixture over chicken in shallow dish, turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Heat broiler.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 15 min.
  9. or until chicken is done (165F), turning occasionally and brushing with reserved teriyaki sauce mixture.
