Spicy Shrimp with Spinach and Farfalle

  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the thinly sliced onion strips, garlic, salt, and peppers.
  4. Saute for 3 minutes.

  6. Add the tomatoes and allow to cook for 5 minutes.

  8. Add the wine to the pan and saute for an additional 2 minutes.

  10. Add the shrimp and spinach to the pan.
  11. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  13. When the sauce and pasta are finished, add the drained pasta to the sauce pan.
  14. Gently stir to combine.

  16. Sprinkle the cheese over the dish.
  17. Toss.
  18. Serve.
