Smoked Mozzarella Stuffed Buffalo Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Buffalo
- 1 teaspoon Canadian Blend Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 4 whole Peppadew Peppers, Finely Diced
- 3 slices Fresh Smoked Mozzarella
- 3 whole Pretzel Rolls Or Ciabatta Rolls
- Preheat gas or charcoal grill.
- Combine buffalo meat, steak seasoning, salt, pepper, and diced peppadew peppers.
- For each burger, make two thin patties.
- Place one slice of smoked mozzarella on one patty and top with the other patty, pressing the edges to seal in the mozzarella.
- Repeat for the other two burgers.
- Grill burgers for about 6 minutes on each side or until they have reached desired doneness.
- While burgers are grilling, slice each roll and lightly butter.
- Place under the broiler or on the grill to toast.
- Top with burgers.
- Add any toppings you like.
- Enjoy.
