Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Cookies

  1. In large mixing bowl,beat shortening and butter until smooth.
  2. Add sugars and baking soda.
  3. Beat until combined.
  4. Beat in eggs,chocolate and vanilla.
  5. Beat in as much flour as you can with mixer.
  6. Stir in remaining flour and peanut butter cups.
  7. Drop from rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until tops look dry.
  9. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute.
  10. Transfer to wire racks and let cool.
