Chile-orange Marinade

• Juice of 2 large oranges
• Juice of 1 lime
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• A few drops of Tabasco sauce
• Salt and black pepper

1. Combine all the ingredients in a nonmetallic bowl, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
2. Marinate up to 8 hours.
