Salt-Flavoured Yakisoba with Lots of Vegetables
- 2 portions Yakisoba noodles
- 5 cm Chopped green onion
- 1 anything is ok Cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts
- 1 Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 Sesame oil, white sesame seeds
- 50 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Chinese soup stock (or Weipa)
- 1 Grated garlic
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 generous amount Black pepper
- Microwave the yakisoba noodles in the bag for 2 minutes.
- Chop the vegetables, and cut the carrots into thin strips.
- Mix the sauce ingredients and set asides.
- Stir-fry the meat, Step 1, and the green onion in sesame oil.
- When they are soft and wilted, add the noodles, pour in the Step 2 sauce, and stir-fry well.
- Swirl in sesame oil, sprinkle with white sesame oil for the finish, and done.
- You can make plenty on an electric griddle.
