Pizza Dough Recipe
- 1 pkg. active yeast
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 tbsp. pure vegetable oil
- 4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt (omit if using self-rising flour)
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Stir in oil.
- Sift flour into oil-water mix.
- Knead on cloth or possibly board till smooth and elastic, about 15 min.
- Shape into a ball and place into a greased bowl, brush with oil and cover.
- Place in a hot location till double in size.
- Makes 2 pizza crusts.
