Pizza Dough Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Stir in oil.
  3. Sift flour into oil-water mix.
  4. Knead on cloth or possibly board till smooth and elastic, about 15 min.
  5. Shape into a ball and place into a greased bowl, brush with oil and cover.
  6. Place in a hot location till double in size.
  7. Makes 2 pizza crusts.
