Cream Cheese Squares

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 12 cup butter
• 12 cup finely chopped pecans
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 box powdered sugar

1. Combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and nuts to the consistancy of cookie dough.
2. Press into a 9X13 baking dish.
3. Mix 3 eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar and blend with electric mixer until smooth.
4. Pour over cake mix.
5. Bake at 325 deg.
6. for 40 minutes.
