Prosciutto-wrapped Grilled Scallops

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Season each scallop with olive oil and Essence.
  3. Grill each scallop for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from the grill and allow to cool.
  5. Wrap the sides of each scallop with the prosciutto.
  6. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  7. Yield: 2/3 cup
