Tomato and Basil Dip
- 1 cup sun-dried tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 12 cup virgin olive oil
- 12 teaspoon pepper or 12 hot pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- Put all the ingredients except for the oil in a blender or food processor.
- Process.
- Place in a bowl.
- Pour oil over mixture and refrigerate.
- Prior to serving bring to room temperature and mix.
