Crispy Tempura Fish with Chilli Mango Mayonnaise

  1. COMBINE the mayonnaise, mango and chilli and set aside.
  2. TOSS together the salad mix, capsicum, carrot and coriander.
  3. PLACE the fish on serving plates with the salad then drizzle with the mango mayonnaise.
  4. Serve immediately.
