Beef & Garlic Kebabs
- 2 lb sirloin
- 2 head Fresh Garlic
- 1 Vegetable Oil
- If using bamboo skewers, soak in water.
- Cut steak into cubes, about the size of a good bite of steak.
- Peel Garlic
- Skewer steak and garlic, alternating between the two (being careful not to split the cloves or stab a finger).
- I usually start with two pieces of steak, then alternate.
- Leave enough room for tongs to grab skewer for turning.
- Lay out finished skewers on sheet pan, brush with vegetable oil to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill on HOT grill until garlic have softened and become golden brown, and steak is cooked to preferred doneness.
- Remove and rest in loose foil for a few minutes so juices redistribute through the meat.
