Beef & Garlic Kebabs

  1. If using bamboo skewers, soak in water.
  2. Cut steak into cubes, about the size of a good bite of steak.
  3. Peel Garlic
  4. Skewer steak and garlic, alternating between the two (being careful not to split the cloves or stab a finger).
  5. I usually start with two pieces of steak, then alternate.
  6. Leave enough room for tongs to grab skewer for turning.
  7. Lay out finished skewers on sheet pan, brush with vegetable oil to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Grill on HOT grill until garlic have softened and become golden brown, and steak is cooked to preferred doneness.
  9. Remove and rest in loose foil for a few minutes so juices redistribute through the meat.
