Lasagna - Slow Cooker
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Italian Sausage - no casing
- 1 box (16oz) Lasagna Noodles
- 60 oz 2 1/2 - 48oz Jars Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese
- 8 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 8 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Brown Italian sausage.
- Set aside.
- Brown ground beef.
- Once browned, add Italian sausage, spaghetti sauce.
- Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine mozzerella cheese, parmesean cheese, ricotta cheese, and eggs.
- Line bottom of slow cooker with meat sauce mixture.
- Place a layer of noodles.
- Add a layer of cheese
- Repeat alternating layers of ingredients till just before the tip of the crock pot.
- Cover with spaghetti sauce and add extra mozzerella cheese.
- Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
