Rhubarb Walnut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees F.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients, mixing only until moist.
  4. Fold in rhubarb and walnuts.
  5. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over muffins.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
