Red Cabbage Slaw

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add cabbage and toss to coat with dressing.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (or up to 1 day).
  4. Just before serving, stir in cilantro; season with more salt and pepper.
