Nats shish kebabs

  1. preheat broiler, and soak the bamboo skewers for 30 minutes in cold water.

  3. Once the skewers are soaked, take a little of the mixed meat and put it on the skewers with your hands, try to mash it with your fingers as you putting it on the stick.
  4. Line the ready skewers on the broiler pan, and put it under the broiler for about 7 minutes, on each side.
  5. I took out the kebobs when they were browned.
