Maple Country Apple Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette

  1. Beat mustard, syrup, vinegar and oil with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.
  2. Mix fruit and celery in large bowl.
  3. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  5. Divide salad greens evenly among six salad plates.
  6. Top with fruit mixture, cheese and walnuts.
