Harvest Salad
- - Boston lettuce, separated into leaves
- boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced
- 2-1/4 qt. Pure Kraft Refrigerated Ranch Dressing
- 2-1/4 gal. apples, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4-1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 4-1/2 cups slivered almonds, toasted
- 2-1/4 qt. Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- For each serving: Place 2 oz.
- (60 g) lettuce leaves on serving plate; top with 4 oz.
- (115 g) chicken and 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) dressing.
- Arrange 1/2 cup (125 mL) apples around chicken.
- Top with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) each cranberries and nuts, and 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cheese.
