Harvest Salad

  1. For each serving: Place 2 oz.
  2. (60 g) lettuce leaves on serving plate; top with 4 oz.
  3. (115 g) chicken and 2 Tbsp.
  4. (30 mL) dressing.
  5. Arrange 1/2 cup (125 mL) apples around chicken.
  6. Top with 1 Tbsp.
  7. (15 mL) each cranberries and nuts, and 2 Tbsp.
  8. (30 mL) cheese.
