Ginger, Mushroom and Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, mix dressing and ginger until blended.
  3. Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add meat; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
  5. or until lightly browned.
  6. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until meat is done.
  8. Add dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Drain noodles.
  11. Serve topped with meat mixture.
