Ginger, Mushroom and Beef Stir-Fry
- 220 g soba noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups coarsely chopped bok choy
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, sliced
- Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, mix dressing and ginger until blended.
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
- or until meat is done.
- Add dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Drain noodles.
- Serve topped with meat mixture.
