Black Velvet Beef Roast Recipe
- 2 c. Water
- 3 tsp Sysco Imperial beef base
- 5 tsp Fiesta chili pwdr
- 4 shot Black Velvet whiskey
- 1 tsp Caynenne
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- Simmer together and let cold.
- Injected this mix into roasts.
- Coated roasts in extra virgin olive oil then sprinkled Warm chili pwdr and Johnneys seasoning salt all over.
- Wraped and refrigerated for 24 hrs .
- Will mop with same as injection mix,but will add in a little more oil to it.
- Will smoke these with apple and mesquite wood.
- Have a good Q day.
