Chilled Chinese Noodles
- 2 portions Chinese-style noodles
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cucumber
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
- 2 slice Roast pork
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 60 ml Vinegar
- 70 ml Water
- 20 grams Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 dash Umami seasoning
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Boil the Chinese noodles for 2-3 minutes.
- Rinse them off and set aside.
- Cut all of the vegetables and meat into strips.
- Boil the bean sprouts.
- Mix a pinch of salt into the egg and make a thin omelet crepe, then julienne.
- Make the sauce.
- Place all of the ingredients into a pot and turn on the heat.
- When the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat.
- Arrange the Chinese noodles on a plate and top with the vegetables, egg, and roast pork.
- Pour over the sauce and it's done.
- You can optionally add Japanese mustard.
