Amaretto Coconut Cake Recipe
- 1 pkt Cake mix -- prepared as Directed
- 12 ounce Coconut, dry
- 8 ounce Coconut cream
- 16 ounce Cold Whip
- 2 Tbsp. Amaretto
- Mix cake mix as directed on package adding amaretto and 6 ounce.
- coconut to batter, bake as directed.
- When done take out of oven with end of wooden spoon make holes in entire cake ,pour coconut cream over top of cake let stand 3 hours or possibly over night .
- frost with mix of cold whip and remaining coconut.
- keep refigerated.
