Crunchy Exploding Snack Beans/Honey Cinnamon Variation

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Rinse beans in a colander and drain extremely well.
  3. Transfer beans to a rimmed baking pan lined with parchment paper and arrange in a single layer.
  4. Roast beans for about 40 minutes, stirring gently every 10 to 15 minutes, until beans are mostly dry.
  5. Combine oil, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl and toss beans to coat.
  6. Return to oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
