White cheddar Mac n' Cheese
- 2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 3 cup 5 year aged white cheddar
- 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Cubed velveeta cheese
- 2 tbsp Real butter
- 1 tsp Chicken base
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 box Elbow macaroni
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- Melt butter in stainless steel pot.
- Add 2cups of whipping cream and mix while over low heat.
- Add 1 cup of chicken broth.
- Add one egg and whisk immediately, so egg does not curdle.
- Once egg is incorporated, add 2 cups of white cheese, 1 cup of sharp cheddar, and 1 cup of velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
- Add 1 tsp of chicken base and stir.
