Mango Tango Lassi
- 1 12 cups Carnation Evaporated Milk (Regular, 2% or fat-free)
- 1 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
- 1 12 cups frozen mango gelato or 1 12 cups mango sorbet, small scoops
- 12 cup mango yogurt or 12 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- In a blender, combine mango, evaporated milk, gelato, yogurt, lime juice, and sugar.
- Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- TIP: When shopping for mangoes,select fruit that yields slightly to pressure.
- If planning to use fresh mangoes, shop ahead so they can ripen if not quite ripe.
