Mango Tango Lassi

  1. In a blender, combine mango, evaporated milk, gelato, yogurt, lime juice, and sugar.
  2. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves.
  4. TIP: When shopping for mangoes,select fruit that yields slightly to pressure.
  5. If planning to use fresh mangoes, shop ahead so they can ripen if not quite ripe.
