Simple Florentine Ragu

  1. Preheat a pan on high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and garlic and cook until beef is browned.
  3. Add all of the dry seasonings, and cook for 1 minute to toast the spices.
  4. Add in the vinegar, and cook for 4 minutes, or until the vinegar reduces.
  5. Add in tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes, reduce heat to low, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve over fresh pasta or your favorite dried pasta.
