Root Veggie Mash

  1. Peel and slice all veggies to similar sizes.
  2. They will become tender at the same time this way.
  3. Add to a pot of salted water, just enough water to cover.
  4. Bring to boil, turn down the heat and simmer until tender.
  5. Drain off water.
  6. Leave in pot.
  7. Add butter and mash.
  8. Add more salt if desired.
  9. Serve immediately.
