Seafood Chowder

  1. In a large pot, saute onion, celery and potatoes in butter over low heat until onion is softened.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except fish.
  3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add fish and simmer for 15 minutes more.
  5. Be sure to remove bay leaf before serving.
  6. Yield:
  7. About 2 quarts or 8 to 12 servings.
