Chocolate Mud Pie Sundaes

  1. LINE 12 large muffin tins with large paper baking cups.
  2. Place one wafer in each cup.
  3. Top with scoops of ice cream.
  4. Wedge wafers on top of each ice cream cup.
  5. Pipe or spoon whipped cream between the two wafers.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with a cherry and chopped nuts.
  7. Freeze until firm.
  8. Cover or wrap individually to store in freezer.
