No Eggs! No Milk! Chocolate Pudding
- 400 ml Soy milk
- 2 tbsp Non-sugar cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 5 grams Powdered gelatin
- Soak the gelatin in 50ml water.
- Heat 50ml soy milk in a saucepan, and just before it comes to a boil, add the cocoa powder and mix well with a whisk.
- Top up the mixture with another 150ml of soy milk, and turn off the heat just before it reaches a boil.
- Add the sugar and gelatin and mix it all together well.
- Mix in the last 200ml soy milk, and pour the mixture into ramekins.
- Once the residual heat has dissipated, chill in the fridge, and once they've cooled and hardened, they're done.
- You can also try a soy milk pudding.
