Simple! Japanese Restaurant-style Beef Stroganoff
- 200 grams Thinly sliced beef strips (offcuts or thigh meat also works)
- 200 grams Sliced onions
- 60 grams Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp Coarsely ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg (powdered)
- 1 pinch Finely chopped parsley
- 10 ml Coffee cream (or fresh cream)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
- Add the beef and onions to saute.
- Add the nutmeg and ground pepper and continuing cooking until aromatic.
- Add the tomato ketchup and continue to fry until the ingredients come together.
- Serve on a heated plate.
- Top with the creamer and finely-chopped parsley, and it's done.
