Sriracha Caramel Corn

  1. Preheat oven to 250 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil and let the mixture boil for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and add the Sriracha, vanilla and baking soda.
  6. In a large bowl combine the popped popcorn and caramel sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Spread popcorn over the baking sheet and place in the oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Give the popcorn a good stir every 15 minutes.
  9. Then remove it from the oven, let it cool and enjoy!
