Sriracha Caramel Corn
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Light Corn Syrup
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 6 cups Popped Popcorn (remove Any Un-popped Kernels)
- Preheat oven to 250 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
- Bring to a boil and let the mixture boil for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the Sriracha, vanilla and baking soda.
- In a large bowl combine the popped popcorn and caramel sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread popcorn over the baking sheet and place in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Give the popcorn a good stir every 15 minutes.
- Then remove it from the oven, let it cool and enjoy!
