Mix Easy Casserole

• 1 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 can (10 oz/ 284 mL) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can (12 oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 pkg (200 g) Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
• 1 pkg (120 g) Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix, prepared

1. BROWN ground beef with onion.
2. Stir in soup, corn and cheese.
3. SPREAD in casserole dish and top with prepared stuffing.
4. BAKE at 375F(190C) for 20 minutes or until heated through.
