Pastrami Classic

  1. For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 tsp.
  2. dressing.
  3. Cover 1 of the bread slices with 2 oz.
  4. pastrami, 1 Swiss cheese slice and scant 1/4 cup coleslaw; top with second bread slice.
  5. Preheat lightly greased flat top griddle to 350F.
  6. Add sandwich; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve immediately.
