Ray's' Bacon cheddar biscuit balls
- 2 cup ap flour
- 1/2 packages smoked bacon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp freshly ground black peppercorns
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- preheat oven to 425F
- start by chopping bacon in small pieces, cook till crispy & drain oil let cool.
- add your flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, parsley flakes & stir together.
- Now add cheese n cooled bacon.
- Cut your butter into small pieces.
- Now incorporate I use one hand and start working it together, it will look like cornmeal, make a well and slowly add your milk untill incorporated.
- Now you can make your balls you may need to flour hands a little.
- place onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet bake 14-16 minutes.
