Ray's' Bacon cheddar biscuit balls

  1. preheat oven to 425F
  2. start by chopping bacon in small pieces, cook till crispy & drain oil let cool.
  3. add your flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, parsley flakes & stir together.
  4. Now add cheese n cooled bacon.
  5. Cut your butter into small pieces.
  6. Now incorporate I use one hand and start working it together, it will look like cornmeal, make a well and slowly add your milk untill incorporated.
  7. Now you can make your balls you may need to flour hands a little.
  8. place onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet bake 14-16 minutes.
