Spinach and Cream Cheese Quiche with Breakfast Sausage

  1. Mix flour and Salt.
  2. Cut in Butter and shortening.
  3. Slowly mix in enough water to where the dough is just coming together and is still crumbly.
  4. Don't over work dough
  5. Shape into ball on floured surface.
  6. Cut in half.
  7. Reserve other half in fridge for up to one week or freezer for 3 months.
  8. Leave the dough you will use in freezer until step 6
  9. Preheat oven to 375
  10. Fry sausage and onion until sausage is browned
  11. Get dough out of freezer and press into 9 inch glass baking dish
  12. Spread evenly spinach and sausage
  13. Add dollops of cream cheese through out quiche
  14. Lightly mix eggs Milk and spices together
  15. Pour evenly into dish
  16. Grate cheese on top
  17. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until crust and Cheese are Brown
  18. Wait 10 minutes before serving
