Anita's Peach Crunch Recipe
- 1 can (29 ounce) peach slices, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. Orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. Margerine, cool but cut into pcs
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. Corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 2 qt casserole dish with Pam.
- Arrange peach slices in bottom of dish.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and orange juice.
- Pour over peaches; set aside.
- In bowl, combine margerine, brown sugar, corn flake crumbs, flour, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle over peach mix.
- Bake for about 25 min, or possibly till golden brown and bubbly.
- Notes: This is also good served cool, with a big dollop of Cold Whip on Top.
