Baked Salmon With Herb Sauce Recipe

  1. Cut fillet in 4 serving pcs.
  2. Place large side of fillet toward edge of pyrex baking dish with center open.
  3. Pierce fish, dot fish with butter, and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Microwave Medium (50%) for 5 min.
  5. Mix mayonaise, parsley, onion, and dill togerther.
  6. Spread mayonnaise mix on top of fillets and microwave Medium (50%) covered for 5-6 min before serving.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges.
  8. If steaks are used, arrange with thin ends toward center of dish.
  9. One inch steaks should be microwaved 5 min a medium power, covered with mayonnaise mix and microwaved for 5-6 min longer.
