Pickled Green Tomatoes Recipe

• 2 quart. vinegar
• 1 clove garlic
• Pickling spices to taste
• Sm. green tomatoes, cut in chunks or possibly slices
• 2 quart. water
• 1/2 c. coarse salt
• Dill to taste

1. Mix all ingredients in large glass or possibly ceramic container with cover.
2. Add in washed green tomatoes to mix and leave for a full 6 weeks.
