Chicken Club Burger
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) dry ranch dressing mix
- 4 KRAFT Slim Cut Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 avocado, sliced Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, add the ground chicken.
- Next, sprinkle the ranch packet into the chicken and using your hands mix the ground chicken and the ranch seasoning.
- Divide the ground chicken into 4 patties.
- On a prepared grill, lay the burgers onto the grill and cover with lid.
- Cook on both sides for 5-7 minutes or until firm in the middle (165 F).
- Once the burgers are cooked, place a single piece of cheese on top and allow to melt.
- Once the cheese has melted, remove from the grill.
- Lay the burger on top of the bun and top with lettuce, tomato, 2 slices of avocado, 2 slices of bacon, and mayo.
- NOTE: If you are not grilling your burgers on an outdoor grill, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil onto a grill pan on the stove and cook accordingly.
