Chicken Club Burger

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, add the ground chicken.
  3. Next, sprinkle the ranch packet into the chicken and using your hands mix the ground chicken and the ranch seasoning.
  4. Divide the ground chicken into 4 patties.
  5. On a prepared grill, lay the burgers onto the grill and cover with lid.
  6. Cook on both sides for 5-7 minutes or until firm in the middle (165 F).
  7. Once the burgers are cooked, place a single piece of cheese on top and allow to melt.
  8. Once the cheese has melted, remove from the grill.
  9. Lay the burger on top of the bun and top with lettuce, tomato, 2 slices of avocado, 2 slices of bacon, and mayo.
  10. NOTE: If you are not grilling your burgers on an outdoor grill, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil onto a grill pan on the stove and cook accordingly.
