Chocolate Mayonnaise Iced Cupcakes Recipe

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Stir in mayonnaise.
  3. Gradually stir in water and vanilla till smooth and blended.
  4. Fill prepared c. 2/3 full.
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 min or possibly till cupcakes spring back when touched.
  6. Cold.
  7. Remove from pans.
  8. Yields about 15 cupcakes.
