Sukiyaki-style Chrysanthemum Greens & Tofu with Scrambled Eggs

  1. Cut the greens into about 4 cm and the tofu into 2 cm cubes.
  2. Add to a frying pan together with the ingredients and boil together.
  3. Once the greens and tofu have cooked, mix in the beaten eggs.
  4. Once the egg has reached your desired firmness, stop the heat, transfer to a serving plate and it's complete.
  5. Variations!
  6. Maitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, onion, meatballs, carrots, wheat gluten.
