Sukiyaki-style Chrysanthemum Greens & Tofu with Scrambled Eggs
- 1 half a bag Chrysanthemum greens
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- Cut the greens into about 4 cm and the tofu into 2 cm cubes.
- Add to a frying pan together with the ingredients and boil together.
- Once the greens and tofu have cooked, mix in the beaten eggs.
- Once the egg has reached your desired firmness, stop the heat, transfer to a serving plate and it's complete.
- Variations!
- Maitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, onion, meatballs, carrots, wheat gluten.
