Easy, Spicy and Delicious Ramen Jjigae with Shin Ramen
- 1 packages ~ Shin ramen
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 Sliced pork
- 1 Shrimp or squid
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 1/2 bag Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives
- Here's a package of shin ramen.
- Pour a little bit more water than instructed on the package into an earthenware pot (about 600-700 ml).
- Add soup and spices that come in the package with the noodles and miso.
- Then, add in your favourite toppings.
- You can add the noodles at the beginning and eat them up, or you can save them until the end.
