Egg Custard Pie

  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch or flour.
  2. Beat eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add milk and flavoring.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Put in uncooked 9 inch pie shell.
  6. Bake at 325 degree for 35 to 45 minutes.
