Corn Eggless Hash
- 1 cup cubed ham
- 1 cup kernel corn
- 1 ounce ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (salmon)
- 1 tablespoon cooking cream (Philadelphia -- Italian Herb)
- 6 corn tortillas
- Spray pan with coconut oil.
- Add ham.
- Once browned, add corn.
- Stir in both creams until melted.
- Add ground chicken.
- Allow to sizzle a few minutes.
- Serve hash in a bowl.
- Top with sriracha.
- Set aside.
- Toast tortillas on the same pan, one at a time.
- Allow others to serve themselves.
